Bradley Castaneda is a US designer and photographer from the greater Seattle area. His website TwentyFiveThree showcases his portfolio in blog format.
Pictured above is one of five design pieces from the Travel Log project which is a superb series of typographic designs, both meaningful and playful.
Just a clean and simple run down of all the major cities I’d like to see before I die. Inspiration comes from the travel tickers that you might see at many major train stations.
Castaneda's blog is full of great projects like this and is an example to all designers about finding inspiration in everyday life. Self-initiated projects allow for experimental and rewarding results.
It's rare to find someone that can demonstrate professional talent in both photography and graphic design but Bradley Castaneda's blog leaves me with no doubt he's one of the exceptional few. Great stuff.
